Green Business Fife Award 2010

We are delighted to announce that the SPHC has won the Green Business Fife Award for Entrepreneurship in Energy/ Carbon Reduction. The Award was presented to Stephen Huber and Steff Bell a gala dinner at Balbirnie House Hotel on the Wednesday 12th May 2010.

Launched in 2008, the Green Business Fife Awards programme is highlighting the environmental achievements made by companies, of all sizes and sectors, operating in Fife during the past 2 years. Green Business Fife is funded by Fife Council and supported by a range of agencies, including Scottish Enterprise, Business Gateway, Business Environment Partnership, Energy Saving Trust, Envirowise, SEPA, NISP, WRAP and the Carbon Trust.

In recognising and rewarding companies that have introduced new initiatives and projects for better sustainable business practice, the Green Business Fife Awards aim to promote greater awareness and environmental innovation throughout Fife.
